A/Prof Ward serves on the Medical Advisory Committee of Baringa Private Hospital and is a Genea member, a world leader in fertility. He is a Fellow of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a NSW Board Certified specialist. He is a RAMUS Mentor and a RANZCOG Examiner. He is now also a member of IVF Australia, and associated with the expert staff at Hunter IVF Newcastle.
In his free time, he gives lectures to GPs, the public and other medical professionals on OBGYN-related topics. He also writes poetry, sings, plays guitar, and is a Lifehouse Church musician. Kathy, his wife, is a Senior Physical Therapist with a particular interest in pelvic dysfunction and post-surgical rehab.
