Warren and Kay Skinner are the owners of Coffs Harbour’s beloved Pier Hotel. They have a vision to restore it with a blend of architectural and modern features.
The Hotel has been renovated with great care to showcase its vintage charm, boutique feel and coastal warmth, and create a place where guests can relax, have a good meal, and laugh together. The hotel believes that by taking a rejuvenation approach to their design it will bring much enjoyment and interest for both guests and the city.
