Taste Restaurant

Natalie and Bevan collin, the proprietors of Taste, opened it in April 2008 on First Avenue’s dining end. The couple, who have worked in many prestigious restaurants and hotels over the course of their careers and developed their skills to an advanced level, met in Dublin while travelling and expanding their experience abroad. Soon after becoming partners in life they decided to open their own restaurant and form a successful business partnership. Their dream was realized in idyllic Sawtell Village, and they couldn’t have been happier. The rest is, as they say “history”.
The couple loves to spend their time with family at the beach or on a country drive, or even a hike in Dorrigo and a well-earned picnic.
