ACE is a franchise organisation that operates in all states and territories of Australia. We provide a high level of expertise to franchisees who manage all types of Strata Community.
ACE’s main priority is to help franchisees acquire the knowledge and skills to successfully manage Strata Communities. This will be done through regular training, and by sharing best practices business principles. ACE has operated for 26 years. Currently, there are over 80 companies registered as ACE Franchisees. These represent 127 franchised territory across Australia and manage more than 65,000 units. ACE encourages the personal and professional development of its franchisees, as well as their employees. Our franchisees have a variety of qualifications in different industries, including marketing, accounting, and legal. Our body corporate services also prove the transferability of skill into the strata industry.
As such, ACE franchisees have committed to membership with SCA, the industry body. They also commit to advancing their career in line with our Accreditation program.
